FINALLY, A RELIABLE TRANSFER.

Big Idea: VENMO x TRANSIT.

Waiting in line to buy a transit card can determine whether or not you make it on the next train. When the rest of the day is on the line, there is no room for delays. To eliminate the wait, Venmo is partnering with local transit.

A special feature will be placed on the Venmo app to allow the user to purchase a transit card via Venmo. Since the card can be purchased on any cellular device, the ease of purchasing or reloading a transit card is made available to those on-the-go.

To accompany the partnership, a designated entrance gate to swipe the Transit x Venmo QR code will be at each station. This will eliminate the wait for those using the Venmo app and encourage other transit users to use Venmo, as well.
